Aims, contents and method of the course

Grundlagen der Biochemie und Immunologie:
Molekulare Architektur des Lebens, Struktur und Funktion von Proteinen, Proteinanalytik, Speicherung und Ausprägung von Erbinformation, rekombinante DNA-Technologien, Veränderung genetischer Information, Signaltransduktion (inter- und intrazellulär), Zellzyklus und programmierter Zelltod, Energieumwandlung und Biosynthese, Grundlagen des Immunsystems, die angeborene Immunantwort, die adaptive Immunantwort

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Erreichen eines für weiter Lehrveranstaltungen notwendiges Grundwissen in der Biochemie und Immunologie
Zum Bestehen müssen mindestens 60% der Gesamtmaximalpunktzahl erreicht werden. Sowohl im biochemischen wie auch im immunologischen Teil müssen mindestens 50% der Maximalpunktzahl erreicht werden.
Es werden nur ganze Punkte vergeben.
