Aims, contents and method of the course
In this lecture the following subjects are treated:* Mikrobiological basics of bacterian viruses, fungi, protozoa and helminths" Infectious disease caused by bacteria (grampositive- and negative bacteria,spirochaetaceae, chlamydia, rikettsia)" Infectious diseases caused by viruses (DNA- und RNA-viruses, subviralgerms)" Infectious diseases caused by fungi (systemic, subcutane andcutane mycoses" Infectious diseases caused by protozoes" Infectious diseases caused by helminths" Infectious diseases caused by arthropodes
Assessment and permitted materials
The aim of this lecture is to inform the students about the development of infectious diseases, infectious germs, infectious sources, transmisson of diseases and treatment of diseases. Especially the infectious diseases caused by bacteria, viruses, fungi and parasites and the microbiological basics are taught.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Oral exam, 3 questions, each question has to be answered to at least 50 percent.The oral exam takes place on the above stated examination dates starting at 09:30h in the room 2E411. The exact time schedule will be sent to all registered students directly via E-mail (u:account mailing address!) after the registration window is closed.
