Short introduction to the nowadays used 1D and 2D-NMR techniques for structure determinations of small molecules.Discussion of successful structure determinations of pharmaceutically relevant drugs and natural products.Structure determinations of following compound classes: terpenes, steroids, aromatics and heteroaromatics, suggars, nucleosides, antibiotics, peptides,...Contribution of personal examples by the participantsDiscussion about problems and doubtfull cases in structure determinations
