The course is held in English language, and it offers the participants a good chance to hold discussions in standard scientific English, thus acquiring some exposure to the technical terms and definitions in their native international form.
The course endows an introduction to the crucial notions and approaches in analytical chemistry with main focus on LC (Liquid chromatography) . The focus is on analytical tools needed/used by Pharmacognosy/Pharmaceutical chemistry students. The aim of the course is to introduce the students how to use analytical chemistry ion terms of quantitation, detection/identification, separation and assessment/interpretation of a specific analyte or class of analytes.
• Understand fundamental concepts in analytical chemistry
• Develop an outline of the key analytical aspects:
• Sampling, experimental error /precision and accuracy
• Quantification principles
