Aims, contents and method of the course

Vorlesung über die Grundlagen der Biochemie in der Ernährung für Studierende mit fundiertem Grundwissen in den Fächern Chemie und Biochemie. Schwerpunkt der Lehrveranstaltung liegt auf den biochemischen und physiologischen Grundlagen der Ernährung. Im einzelnen werden Proteine, Fette, Kohlenhydrate und Energie im Hinblick auf deren Bedeutung im zellulären und intermediären Stoffwechsel besprochen und auf Interaktionen dieser energieliefernden Nährstoffe eingegangen.
Methode: Die Inhalte der Lehrveranstaltung werden durch Vorträge erarbeitet.

Due to the current conversion of the teaching system to e-learning, the examination will be held orally via the online tool Big Blue Button (access via Moodle). Please register for the exam as usual. The exact time of the exam will be sent to you by e-mail about 2 days before the exam date.

Kenntnisse der wesentlichen Stoffwechselreaktionen von Kohlenhydraten, Fetten und Proteinen zur Energiegewinnung

Alle in der Lehrveranstaltung durchgenommenen Inhalte und Unterrichstundenunterlagen. Diese Unterlagen werden auf Moodle für alle angemeldeten Student*innen kurz vor/nach der jeweiligen Vorlesung freigegeben.
