Aims, contents and method of the course

VO: Koronare Herzerkrankungen, Polyenfettsäuren, Krebs und Ernährung, Ernährung und Immunsystem, Radikalstoffwechsel, angeborene Stoffwechselerkrankungen (Phenylketonurie, Galaktosämie, Cystische Fibrose,...)
UE: Einführung in diverse Nährwertdatenbanken, Erstellung spezieller Ernährungspläne (z.B. leichte Vollkost, Diabetes, Hyperlipidämie, Hyperurikämie, Gicht), Referate und Diskussion aktueller Themen der speziellen Diätetik
Anmerkungen: Die Beurteilung der Vorlesung erfolgt durch eine schriftliche Prüfung, einer Präsentation, die Erarbeitung von Ernährungsplänen
