Aims, contents and method of the course

Introduction in different nutrient databases, practical work on special dietetics, presentation and discussion on current dietetic topics

Assessment and permitted materials

written exam, oral presentation, practical work on dietetc topics

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

- to learn on methods for evaluation on energy and nutrient intake

- practical implementation of recommendations

- discussion and interpretation of scientific papers on dietetic topics

Examination topics

work with different nutrient databases, presentation methods, research and interpretation of scientific papers on dietetic topics
