Aims, contents and method of the course
Basics in microscopy and training of various scientific methods ; practical analysis of usful funghi, analysis of corm, roots, bulbs etc., microscopic and chemical analysis of carbohydrates, protein and fat as well as of essential oil and honey, anatomy of vegetable, spices, flowers, fruits and cereals.
