Final part of the lecture will be a Powerpoint-presentation of each participant of 10 minutes with additional discussion.Grading key is as follows:

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Students should become familiar with HPLC. They should understand the background and work on chromatographic problems themselves. Students should be able to operate on a HPLC device.
Examination topics
The lecture should be known as interactive exchange between lecturer and students. The immanent character of the lecture is to demand the students maximally. Illustrative material as well as video-clips support the learning effect.
