Using recently published studies students will learn to read papers in nutritional epidemiology critically and to discuss study design, results and conclusions. They will be instructed in approaching to given papers from different standpoints and will have to discuss their views orally. They also have to develop a study design for a given hypothesis, thus experiencing use and calculation of epidemiological estimates.
