Continuous assessment of course work.Your grade is determined by the grades you receive for your interpretations in class (grades 1 to 5), participation in class (participation in discussions, exercises, feedback, speeches), and homework (to be handed in on time).

Active participation, homework, interpretations.
Interpretations will be graded on the critera presentation (presentation style, prosodic features), form (terminology, style, other linguistic aspects) and content (correctness and coherence).Grading:

You will continue to improve your proficiency in simultaneous interpreting from Chinese or English to German and from German to Chinese or English, building on what you have learned in Simultaneous Interpreting I. Source texts will include recordings, speeches held by the instructors, student presentations and discussions.Methods:
Simultaneous interpreting of current texts from various domains, research and terminology work at home, peer feedback, critical reflection on your own work, practicing outside class, feedback on and grading of interpretations by the lecturers.Aims:
Improving your interpreting technique and presentation, expanding your vocabulary in your source and target languages, acquiring knowledge about the topics discussed.
