Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Concepts in translation studies such as culture, language, discourse will be set in relation to the Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian cultural area. The focus will be on language and identity.
Assessment and permitted materials
Written exam at the end of the semester
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Basics of language history, examination of the concept of identity. Ability to identify and analyze different discourses and perceive and change ones own perspective.
Examination topics
Presentation, analysis of scientific texts, joint research, discussion
Reading list
All materials will be handed out or uploaded to Moodle.
