Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Übersetzung von praktischen fachsprachlichen Texten aus verschiedenen Fachgebieten (aus dem Deutschen ins Polnische), Erörterung der Recherchiermöglichkeiten, Arbeit mit Paralleltexten unter Berücksichtigung der Textsortenkonventionen. Vermittlung von Reflexion und Diskussion translatorischer Problematik. Großer Wert wird auch auf die Textgestaltung gelegt.

Assessment and permitted materials

Regelmäßige Mitarbeit, schriftliche Arbeit im Laufe des Semesters; keine Abschlussprüfung.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Ausbau und Verbesserung der translatorischen Fachkompetenz, Entwicklung von Strategien für den professionellen Umgang mit verschiedenen Textsorten, Verbesserung des Textverständnisses und der schriftlichen Textproduktion, Erlangung professioneller Kompetenz in der Anfertigung und Gestaltung schriftlicher Übersetzungen.

Examination topics

Arbeitsaufträge, übersetzungsrelevante Textanalysen, Arbeit mit verschiedenen Textsorten, Präsentation der Übersetzungen durch die Studierenden und Diskussion im Plenum.
