Aims, contents and method of the course

This class will focus on identity, image and mirage and their relevance for transcultural communication and translation. We will discuss definitions, approaches and evolvement of these terms, and then look at their manifestation in selected examples in transcultural communication and translation.

Assessment and permitted materials

Final exam at the end of the semester.
