Regular attendance is mandatory (only two absences allowed)
Assessment will be based on the following:
- 1 mid-term test (30%)
- 1 final test (30%)
- Group assignment (20%)

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Excellent knowledge of working language is a must for this course. The ability to work independently; creativity and a passion for language on the students' part make this course lively and entertaining.Attendance is mandatory—two absences allowed.
Grading scale: 90-100%: 1 // 80-89%: 2 // 70-79%: 3 // 60-69%: 4 // < 60%: 5 (fail).
Students have to attain an overall passing score (60% or more) to pass the course.

It is expected that students can apply the theoretical input, as well as methods and strategies discussed in class to new assignments, text types and genres.
