Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Participants on the course will deepen knowledge in different topics regarding economics and business administration: annual reports, financial statements, business organization, economic models for the future, etc. Texts will be analyzed and discussed in the class.
The institutional frameworks of the German-speaking and Spanish-speaking regions will be contrasted.
Active participation of the students is desired. Depending on the general situation, part of the classes may be replaced by videoconferences.

Assessment and permitted materials

Continuous assessment based on:
Different home and class assignments project work (individual and group work),
Discussions in the class and in forums,
Written examination at the end of the semester.
Information about evaluation system will be provided in the moodle course.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Compulsory attendance is required.
Max. 2 absences tolerated.
At least 60 points (of a total of 100) are required to pass the course.

Asessment scale:
1 (sehr gut): 100-90 points
2 (gut): 89-91 points
3 (befriedigend): 80-71 points
4 (genügend): 70-60 points
5 (nicht genügend): 59-0 points

Examination topics

All contents presented and discussed in the classes, specially all contents based on reflection considerating translatological criteria and suggestions discussed in the classe.
