On the basis is of consultations with the Head of Departments, study materials already available online in German will be shortened, translated and adapted for use on the Centre’s website .
This will involve globalising culture-specific content for an international target group as well as adapting the PDF- file as a hypertext, including the necessary adaptation of link structures and images.
Students will work in small groups and be responsible for translation, research and implementing editing decisions taken by the class facilitator.
The first version of the English text should be ready by the end of January 2020. It is possible that further editing will be necessary in the summer term 2020 and students are invited to participate in the follow-up class as well.
Translators will be named on the website.
