Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Interpreting of texts covering various fields and cultures, assignment-specific requirements for the target text, reflecting on text type conventions, commentary and feedback on the work process. Translatory assignments will cover both directions, German -> Romanian/ BKS and Romanian/ BKS --> German.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Over the course of the semester, students will handle texts according to given assignments
- to understand oral translation as an act of text production for a specific purpose and target group,
- identify requirements a target text has to fulfill based on the assignment,
- learn to reflect on as well as evaluate and optimize the target texts produced.
