2. Mixed Martial Arts / Main Focus: Boxing, Kickboxing and Tae Kwon Do
3. Basics of Self-Defense- The course aims to present an overview of the various exercises and elements of martial arts ,which can be taught in the classroom.
- Intensive demonstrations using the various postures and positions show how to defuse or avoid a dangerous or threatening situation.
- Reflection and debate on the issue of self defense contributes to an enhanced capacity to teach and direct self defense and duelling.
