Aims, contents and method of the course

It is the aim of the course to:
- give a basic insight in pedagogical aspects, measures, and didactic concepts when dealing with heterogeneity and diversity
- discuss one's own attitude towards people with a disability, migrant background, with different religious or sexual orientation or other preconditions
- raise and develop a critical problem awareness

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

In this course, the students shall be inspired to intensify their debate on topics like heterogeneity, diversity, disability, integration, inclusion, intercultural issues and their relevance for physical activity and sport from a pedagogical perspective. They are familiarized with selected target groups and come to know the respective movement approaches as well as examples of their appropriate application.
