Aims, contents and method of the course

Basics of empirical research methods, research designs and questionnaire design
Basics of statistics: descriptive statistics and inferential statistics
Introduction to SPSS, statistical data analysis with SPSS

Teaching methods: theoretical inputs, exercises, exercises in spss, E-Learning (Moodle)

Assessment and permitted materials

- Mandatory attendance
- Cooperation (10 % of the grade)
- e-learning
- Intermediate examination to the theory (40 % of the grade)
- Examination on the application of SPSS at the end of the semester (50 % of the grade)

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Regular attendence (75%), active participation, final exam
