Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
The students are able to work on a simple case study according to the contents discussed in the course in a project management manner. A total of 100 points are achievable.Clef:

Examination topics
The students are able to define the main tasks of a project and its objectives, to carry out a social context analysis and derive appropriate measures, to create a work breakdown structure for a simple case study and to specify work packages. They can use simple scheduling tools and define milestones. They can use examples to explain the difference between a project and a routine task.
