Aims, contents and method of the course
Getting to know, working on, presenting and testing aspects of health advancement as well as concepts of health sports. Here, the main focus will be on strengthening psychosocial as well as physical health ressources. Although not the focus of this particular course, the tackling of health issues will also be discussed.The final selection of topics and exercise contents will be defined together with the students, at the beginning of term.
