The doctoral seminar will take place in general every second week. The exact dates will be announced in the first seminar unit in the second week of March. Voluntary is the participation in our Nietzsche reading group that accompanies this Privatissimum.

Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Languages: German and English.
The participation and presentation of a text in this seminar is obligatory for all doctoral and master candidates I have accepted to supervise.

Assessment and permitted materials

Regular presence in the doctoral and diploma seminar. Oral and written presentation of your works or presentation of another text, relevant for your thesis.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Presenting, interpreting and discussion your Diploma and PH.D. thesis. Rhetoric training, argumentation training. Preparation for PH.D. hearings.

Examination topics

Interpreting and discussing your Master- and PH.D. work- Handout (2 pages) obligatory.
