Aims, contents and method of the course
The aim of this seminar is to give PhD students an opportunity to get feedback on their PhD work. Students are free to present in either English or German.Students will constructively engage with and discuss each others' work in progress.
Assessment and permitted materials
Each participant is required to :
1. give a 15- 20 minute presentation with a one page handout
2. upload an extract of their PhD thesis (up to 5000 words)
3. actively engage in discussion
4. chair a sessionAttendance is mandatory.

2. upload an extract of their PhD thesis (up to 5000 words)

5. attend the seminar.The final mark is calculated as follows:
Presentation (50%)
Discussion (40%)
