Aims, contents and method of the course

theoretische Grundlagen der Kulturwissenschaft; kritische Diskussion ausgewählter Grundbegriffe; Verhältnis von Kultur, Sprache und Identität; nationale Identitäten in der Russischen Föderation, der Ukraine und Belarus.
Vorkenntnisse und Interessen der Teilnehmenden werden berücksichtigt.

Assessment and permitted materials

regelmäßige aktive Teilnahme, vorbereitende Lektüre und Bearbeitung der Übungsaufgaben, Referat mit Thesenpapier, schriftliche Abschlussprüfung am 28.01.2014

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

selbständige Bearbeitung eines kulturwissenschaftlichen Themas mit adäquaten Methoden, Recherche und mündliche Präsentation
