Practical experiments in the microbiological laboratory within five units, basic knowl-edge of handling facultative pathogenes (sterile handling) and of microscopy, identifi-cation of microorganisms (bacteria, fungi, yeasts) by morphological and biochemical methods, structure- and differentiation stains, motility check by hanging drop, quanti-fication of microorganisms, determination of the minimal inhibitory concentration.
