Modells of brain functions and the difference between biological and technical networks will be explained. In this lecture microscopic effects such as electric-potenials (action-, synoptic-potential) in neurons, synchronization of neurons, the difference between biological and technical networks and cellular learning effects at synapses are examined. As a result some effects like the development of a thought in a neural network or the reason of epilepsy can be described in a physical way.
