Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Ramsey theory is an interesting field in combinatorics: We shall introduce it in a graph theoretical way at first, and then look at some generalisations.
Assessment and permitted materials
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
The students should
* obtain a thorough understanding from the mathematical literature (mostly on their own),
* present the topics in lectures,
* discuss both the subtleties of mathematical texts and the difficulties of proper presentation.

Examination topics
The students should obtain an understanding of the relevant concepts and methods by studying the literature (in english), and present them
to their colleagues.
