Aims, contents and method of the course

Aims: Introduction to international M&A transactions
Contents: This course follows the procedure of a typical M & A - Transaction step by step (letter of intent due diligence share purchase agreement (signing/closing)). Every document will be analyzed from a lawyer’s point of view and possible risks and problems will be considered.
