- example analysis workflow; RNA_SeqBasic knowledge of the Unix command line is a requirement for this workshop. For those who are not familiar with the Unix command line, there will be an introduction on Jan. 25 (9-12 am, also IT room 6th floor) so you can attend the workshop.
Note that a separate registration is required for the Introduction on Jan 25.
