Kenntnis der Grundaten der Geschichte des Christentums; Wissen über zentrale Glaubensinhalte des Christentums und die grundlegenden Unterschiede zwischen den einzelnen christlichen Konfessionen in Glauben, Riten und Organisationsform. Einblick in den Beitrag des Christentums zur europäischen Geschichte und Kultur sowie dessen Einfluss auf die menschlichen Zivilisationen und Kulturen überhaupt.
