Assessment and permitted materials
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, short-term changes in exams (e.g. switch to online exams) may be possible. The current information will be announced online via u:space and via the Moodle course.
The written course examination takes place as a presence examination (no online examination).
Only unannotated law editions may be used for the examinations.
Permissible in the law editions are: Underlining; highlighting etc and pure paragraph references.
Special problem: "Post-its": the insertion of "Post-its" is generally allowed.
However: post-its may NOT be labeled!

The use of an annotated law text or labeled post-its during presence exams is considered unauthorized.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
The final grade of the overall examination is composed of the points of a presence examination (duration: 90 minutes) in German.A total of 60 points are awarded. From 31 points, the overall examination is positively completed.Grade key:
from 31 points - sufficient, from 39 points - satisfactory, from 47 points - good, from 55 points - very good.

The use of an annotated law text or labeled post-its in presence exams is considered unauthorized.Students have the opportunity to collect three bonus points via our learning app "MooDuell". The exact modalities can be found in the Moodle course.
Full points can be achieved even without the bonus points. A negative assessment cannot become positive through the bonus points.
