Examination topics
The lectures are based on the text book that is published in autumn 2013 by UTB/facultas "Transformationen in Osteuropa im 20. Jahrhundert". The participation of the lecture is recommended also. Other recent basic literature is available from moodle (pdf-files).
Assessment and permitted materials
Written examination (an Essay and several questions about facts), prearation by a colloquium in January. Necessary precondition for passing the examen: knowledge on the basic literature. First possibility for the passing: January 29 in the class room. Registration for the examen is mandatory.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
The course of lectures introduces into the areastudies on Eastern Europe, it aims to deepen the knowledge on the region and theories and methods of this part of political science.
