Das genau Zeitfenster pro Teilnehmer*in kann im Moodle-Kurs eingesehen werden. Eine Prüfung dauert 20 Minuten, es wird drei Fragen zu je rund 5 Minuten geben. Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

The objective of this lecture is twofold: first, a general introduction towards the real estate sector shall be given; second, this course wants to show up the diverse interrelations between geographic approaches and topics and the real estate sector. Competences:
- Introduction and overview in topics of the real estate economics
- Analyzing and identification of interdependencies between geography and real estate sector
- Valuation of spatial implication of recent real estate trends
