Registration for the exam via u:space. Unregistered students will not be admitted to the exam and will not be graded.Exam format: Online-Multiple-Choice-Exam in MoodleExamination takes place in open book format and exclusively via Moodle. The rules of good scientific practice apply. The examination is to be written by the students independently and without the help of third parties.Minimum requirements: From 50% of the points a positive grade is reached.Plausibility check: Within the assessment period of four weeks, there may also be random selection of students and oral control questions about the examination or follow-up questions about the subject area of the examination.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
This lecture provides a detailed overview on established and cutting-edge technologies used in microbial ecology/environmental microbiology. Students are additionally made familiar with the relevant primary literature and current research results.
