NB: in this exam week, there will be exams for both the autumn term and spring term version of this lecture. Please make sure that you register for the right exam, as they do not cover the same material.

Time: 5 p.m. -5 (i.e., the official starting time for this lecture)

Duration: 50 min (+10) => submission is due at 5.50 p.m. Submissions will be accepted until 6 p.m.

You will be given an extra 15 minutes to cover download and upload. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Mode: digital exam (made available at the stipulated time on a separate Moodle exam platform to which students registered for the exam will have access after the end of the registration period)

Detailed description:
Approx 5 min before the stipulated time (5 p.m. – 5), you will have access to the exam folder, where you will find a PDF document containing the exam. Please download this PDF. You then have three options to proceed:

1) You fill in the PDF sheet (if you have installed the necessary software), save your copy and upload it into your folder on Moodle.

2) You write your answers into a word document For the MC questions, please write down the letters of the answers you think correct, e.g. 2. a), b), e). Upload the file into the moodle folder.

3) If you do not have word installed on your PC, or in case of emergency, you can send me an email from your UNET account (antonina.lakner@univie.ac.at), and type yours answers into the email. Please note that I cannot accept exams sent from private accounts. I will confirm receipt of any exams sent to me via mail. Please allow for a certain amount of response time.

The exam will consist of a mix of MC questions and open questions.
cut-off is 60%
