The 2nd examination date for WS20 will take place on 18.02.2021 at 10.30 am via Moodle in a separate examination course. Timely registration via U:SPACE is absolutely necessary. Please check by 17.02, 9 a.m. at the latest, whether you actually have access to the corresponding examination course! Unfortunately, enrolment at short notice just before the exam is not possible.

Examination topics
The students are able to define the main tasks of a project and its objectives, to carry out a social context analysis and derive appropriate measures, to create a work breakdown structure for a simple case study and to specify work packages. They are able to use simple scheduling tools and define milestones and to prepare a project progress report. They can explain the difference between a project and a routine task by means of examples.
Assessment and permitted materials
Digital written exam; by means of an exam sheet to be downloaded via Moodle exam course = preparation of a case study based on open questions; open book format; submission of the edited exam sheet via Moodle in the corresponding submission folder.You are expressly advised that if a performance obtained is discovered (e.g. copying, plagiarism, use of unauthorised aids, forgery, ghostwriting etc.) the entire course is considered cheating and counts as a start. (Entry in U:SPACE: X = not assessed).
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
The students are able to work on a simple case study on the basis of open questions according to the contents and methods of project management discussed in the course (see point Objectives, Contents and Methods of the Course). A total of 100 points can be achieved.Grading scale:

2 > = 75 and < 88
3 > = 63 and < 75
