Prerequisites for participation in the exams:* Official notice of admission to the university entrance qualification examination (Bescheid über die Zulassung zur Studienberechtigungsprüfung) issued by one of the following universities: University of Vienna; Medical University of Vienna; University of Veterinary Medicine, Vienna; Academy of Fine Arts Vienna; University of Applied Arts Vienna; University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna. The official notice of admission to the university entrance qualification examination has to specify the exam subject.If the official notice of admission was not issued by the University of Vienna, the document has to be presented to the Admission Office division responsible for the university entrance qualification examination (Bereich Studienberechtigungsprüfung) once.* Admission to a non-degree programme at the University of Vienna; the tuition fee due must have been registered as paid when registering for the examination.Examination before an examination committee: You have to register separately for the second and, thereby, last retake of the examination within the relevant registration period. The registration for these examinations is only possible via the Servicedesk. Written examinations before an examination committee take place as part of the regular examination.
